The Vestal Family
-A New Adventure in Uzbekistan
In July 2022, Don, Mechelle, and their family left their home in northwest China uncertain of when and how they would be able to return. During their home assignment, it became increasingly clear that the One who opens and closes doors was in the process of closing the door to China for the Vestals. However, they were not left without direction. As the door to China closed, a new door to Uzbekistan opened. While Jessie will remain in the USA attending university, the rest of the Vestal family (Don, Mechelle and Hannah) are preparing to leave for Tashkent the capital of Uzbekistan as early as August 2023.
